Encounter Coaching is a professional, Christ-centered partnership designed to empower individuals to hear Jesus, discover truth, and experience heart-level transformation. Encounter Coaches offer spiritual insight, powerful questions, and Spirit-led presence—but clients remain fully responsible for their own actions, decisions, and results.

Encounter Coaching is not counseling, therapy, or mentoring. It is a forward-moving, heart-focused process rooted in the belief that Jesus is the best coach and Holy Spirit leads true transformation within the heart of the client. The coach’s role is to guide the conversation so that the client gets more in touch with his/her heart and meets Jesus there for clarity, healing and guidance.

Client Responsibility

By engaging in coaching, you affirm that: You take full ownership of your decisions and outcomes. You understand that neither MetaFormation nor your Encounter Coach is liable for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on coaching conversations or information shared on this website. You are aware that Encounter Coaches do not offer medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MetaFormation or any Encounter Coach be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the coaching relationship or the use of this website.

No Warranties or Guarantees

MetaFormation does not warrant or guarantee: The accuracy or completeness of any coach profile listed on the Encounter Coaches directory. That a coaching experience will result in any specific outcomes. The suitability of any particular coach for your unique goals.

All information is provided “as is,” and we disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to safeguarding your personal information.

Any information shared with us through the website or during the coaching process is kept confidential, unless disclosure is required by law. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that not every coaching relationship is a fit. That’s why we offer a simple satisfaction guarantee:

• If you are not satisfied after your first coaching session, you may request a full refund—no questions asked.

• However, no refunds will be issued after you participate in the second or third coaching session, even if the full coaching package includes more sessions.

To request a refund, email us at admin@meta-formation.com within 48 hours of completing your first session.

Scheduling and Communication

All coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance and typically take place via Zoom or phone, unless otherwise agreed upon by you and your coach.

Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be forfeited at the discretion of the coach.

Right to Refuse Service

MetaFormation and its coaches reserve the right to decline or discontinue coaching services at their sole discretion, especially if the relationship is no longer aligned with our mission to uphold a Christ-centered and Spirit-led coaching approach or the coach believes that some other form of support is warranted (e.g. counseling, therapy, etc.).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this site and coaching services constitutes your agreement to any revised terms.
